SPRUCED TERMS OF BUSINESS
The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and www.getspruced.uk regarding the use of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.
1. QUOTATION
1.1: All measurements that are taken of the specified area for purposes of the quote are approximations.
1.2: Quotes are valid for 30 days. After this time Spruce may re-quote unless agreed otherwise.
1.3: Photographs will be taken of the specified area for use by Spruce. These may be used for promotional purposes.
1.4: Spruce reserve the right to amend any quote resulting from the customer's change of specification.
1.5: We reserve the right to increase the price of the quotation based on our advertised rates upon a full inspection of the site.

CANCELLATIONS
2.1: Cancellations must be made in writing by email up to 48 hours before the agreed time without the customer incurring charges. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the agreed time 50% of the total amount of the agreed quote will be charged.
2.2: Cancelations by Spruce can be made up to 2hrs before the allocated time of the clean. If within 4hrs a discount of 10% will be applied to the invoice.

3. Services
3.1: Spruced will provide all necessary components to facilitate the agreed service unless agreed with the customer prior. Spruced will not be held liable for any faults/damages to any components that the customer has agreed to provide.

3.2: If access to the specified area to be cleaned is not granted at the previously agreed date and time, the client may be charged for the full amount of the agreed quote.

3.3: The surface of the specified area must be free of obstacles for Spruced to be able to clean the entire specified area. Any obstacles that are left on the specified area will not be moved and will be cleaned around.

4. Liability
4.1: Spruce will not be held liable for any loose mortar, grout, stone, tarmac or cement that may or may not be dislodged throughout the clean.

4.2: Spruce will not be held liable for failure to remove lichen or lichen like organisms from the specified area unless lichen or lichen like removal has been agreed upon previously with the customer.
